The Passionates

This experience reunites and highlights the work of several suppliers passionates by their job. Meet those passionates who will make you rediscover the flavours and tastes of products you think you already know :

Erwan Humbert - La Ferme des Prés Neufs

Initially engineer, Erwan runs today a farm in Longpont-sur-Orge. By not using any chemicals products and watching his water consumption, the yield of his production is very low and is the result of a very hard work. This labor is rewarded by an incomparable product quality.

His vegetables don't look like the ones we commonly see in a grocery store, but they have a powerful aromatic taste. Erwan grows the real taste of nature, as he likes to say : "I like it better when it tastes good ...".

Frank Ponthier - Zone Sensible

In the middle of Seine-Saint-Denis and its urban atmosphere, is hidding a curious place where nature overflows. In the middle of this garden, you can find a smilling person. It's Frank, who's leading this urban farm project, dedicated to sensitization on biodiversity and organic taste.

Working only in permaculture and without adding any kind of products, he manages to sanitize the soils which originally were contaminated and grows a rich variety of aromatics and veggetables. His goal is : to make people rediscover the real taste of a healthy diet, both for the body and the planet.

Mathilde Bouchard - Atelier à Deux Mains

Passionate about ceramics, she made it her job. Her first goal may not be the taste, but her dedication to her art and work is as important. Working only with clay that she harvests herself and stones located around her, Mathilde highlights the richness of her region, Burgundy.

Her creations go along the work of chefs and represent a real part of the experiences they offer. In fact, every project being unique, every plate or bowl is also. Her ceramic and the cuisine that goes with it make one. It's not just accessory, but really essential.
